Our complimentary exercise classes tailored for our Cancer Warriors led by dedicated Exercise Physiologists and generously sponsored by the Gold Coast City Council.
This supportive and progressive group exercise program has been designed by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. It is delivered by university trained practitioners and is specifically for people who are either going through or recovering from cancer treatment.

Holistic Pulsing

We are delighted to be offering Holistic Pulsing individual sessions at our Nerang Haven location.

So, what is Holistic Pulsing?
It's a gentle, rhythmic form of bodywork that works with your body—not against it—using soothing rocking movements to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and restore balance. Think of it as your body remembering how to deeply exhale... and let go.
Rooted in the belief that the body holds wisdom—and that healing begins with feeling safe—Holistic Pulsing offers more than relaxation. It invites the whole self (body, mind, and emotions) into a state of calm awareness and gentle release.
Whether you're dealing with stress, emotional heaviness, chronic tension, or simply seeking a sense of inner peace—this is a beautiful therapy to explore. No oils. No undressing. Just you, your breath, and the healing power of rhythmic touch. ​


Counselling
Karuna has been a counsellor for many years and is now volunteering for our lovelies. Karuna also does mantras and other non-traditional therapies. We are very fortunate having Karuna share her knowledge, experience and support our tribe.

Group Acupuncture
Rachel Fitzpatrick has been doing acupuncture for a few of our lovelies and now has offered to do group acupuncture at our Nerang Location, The Haven.
Massage
A range of massages available. Individual appointments with Delphine.

Meditation with Amanda is a perfect way to relax, focus, keep well and practice mindfulness.
