International Womens Day Lunch & Guest Speakers - Fundraiser for Womens Cancer Support Inc.

We’re excited to invite our community to our very first fundraising event in support of women living with cancer on the Gold Coast.

Two years ago, our charity began as an online support network with small local meet-ups. Today, we’re proud to have a dedicated space where women can access free services including wigs, art therapy, acupuncture, yoga, and peer connection — all designed to support wellbeing during one of life’s toughest journeys.

This year’s IWD Balance the Scales theme reflects our commitment to equity in women’s health and wellness. We’re honoured to welcome Associate Professor Dr Rhea Liang, Julie Marsh CEO Wellness Australia and Bianca Hinton musician, artist and survivor, as our guest speakers, who will share their powerful personal journey and lived experience — stories of empathy, resilience, and heartfelt change that we know will resonate deeply.
