Studies indicate that music supports physical healing by lowering blood pressure, reducing the perception of pain, and improving sleep quality. Beyond these physical effects, music offers comfort, encourages emotional expression, and enables individuals to forge connections with themselves and with others. In challenging times, music provides a sense of hope and inner peace.
During these music sessions the participants will be able to share their musical talents and/or simply just join in the fun.
