PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINS EARLY - THIS EVENT COMMENCES PROMPTLY AT 10AM.

Inner Peace is a state of mind that is accessible by everybody. With the hustle and bustle of life, sometimes we all need a bit of help to refocus, practice mindfulness and reconnect with oneself. Rizing Consciousness from inner peace to outer serenity.


Firstly there is a Womens Circle from 10am to Noon, followed by meditation, relaxation and sound therapy until 1pm.


BYO water bottle and towel. Mats provided.
