About the event
The program has been developed by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and is delivered by university-trained practitioners, ensuring safe, evidence-based movement in a welcoming environment. This particular session is held in a gym.
Each 10-week course (run each school term) includes fitness assessments at the beginning and end, so you can clearly see your progress, build confidence, and celebrate how far you’ve come — at your own pace.
BYO water bottle, towel and mat (if you wish).
