About the event
Inner Peace is a state of mind that is accessible by everybody. With the hustle and bustle of life, sometimes we all need a bit of help to refocus, practice mindfulness and reconnect with oneself. Rizing Consciousness from inner peace to outer serenity.
From 10am - Noon there is a Womens Circle followed by a meditation, relaxation and sound therapy group session until 1pm.
Wear comfortable clothing. BYO water bottle. Mats provided.
